• You will have a SnapMonkey representative help you set up your categories, pricing, and preferences. We are here to help you with any questions you might have.
• You have a control panel, in which you can easily manage your group. 
• The directory is set up to be a profit center for you (if you choose)
• The directory is fully automated. It will charge your member’s credit card every month based on the fees that you have set. This money may be deposited directly into your bank account.
• You may offer additional listing options to your members at different prices.
• You have very little labor to keep the directory updated, since your members are in charge of editing and adding their own information.
• You may ask a series of questions to your members. These answers will appear on their profile. (You may ask what discount they offer to other members, etc). The answers may be password protected.
• You have preferences that you can set. You may choose to have your directory become an open directory for anyone to join, or offer it by invitation only. You may also choose to approve listings before they are published.
• At anytime, you can export the contact information of your members. This will come to you in an excel spreadsheet. From there you can create mailing labels, or enter them into a contact management program.
• SnapMonkey also provides you with marketing help and strategies to help you make your directory a success.
