Directory Administrators establish a directory, choose the search categories, set pricing and generate revenue by offering listings to their members. The members then fill in their own information for their online listing, so "administration" is minimal. All the members of the directory may change their profile 24/7 online through their own, simple to use control panel.
By adding a SnapMonkey directory to your website, your members will be better able to promote themselves. Your members may add eye catching photos, compelling videos, text about their product, service or message, a blog, weblinks, and more!

Here’s how it works:
- Step 1 - an eVideoDirectory™ is offered to you, the Directory Administrator for a low initial set up fee and a monthly hosting fee.
- Step 2 - an eVideoDirectory™ representative will help you design and set up your Directory categories and multimedia options to specifically suit the needs of your organization.
- Step 3 - SnapMonkey hosts your Directory, which can simply be linked to your existing website. (If you don’t have a website, we can provide one for you).
- Step 4 - You decide what monthly fees you would like to charge your clients or members. (The system is fully automated and will collect these fees from your members for you every month).
- Step 5 - After members have selected their options, they simply input their information to create and manage their own Directory Profile. (They can add video, photos, a blog, and contact information)
- Step 6 - You can easily manage your video directory from your control panel. You may also add a portal, in which all recent blog entries are showcased. (See sample portal)
